Tickets are on sale from Mon 6 Feb 2017.
This is not an e-ticketed event. All tickets are hard copy tickets either collected at the gate or delivered via registered post with tracking codes. Registered post delivery is mandatory for this year’s event until Tuesday 7 November 2017 to ensure a faster entry at the festival.

Ticket delivery timeline
We will commence registered post delivery of tickets from 1/5/2017. You will receive an email once your tickets have been sent with further details of delivery. All online tickets purchased from 7/11/2017 until the event date must be collected at the gate at the event. Bring id.
Registered post delivery
If you purchase your ticket before Tuesday 7 November 2017 then you will need to present matching id to Australia Post for receipt of your tickets. You must have a physical address to receive registered post tickets. (No PO Box allowed). Often the postman will leave a red slip in your letter box if you are not present for ticket delivery. If this is the case you will need to present this red slip and matching id at your local post office to receive your tickets.
Box office gate collection
If you purchased your ticket after Tuesday 7 November then you will need to collect your ticket at the gate. Open entry you would need to park your car, get out and stand in line at the box office gate collection desk with your photo id and credit card used to purchase in hand, there will be on a list at the gate at the event. You will need to present photo id (passport, licence, keypass) that matches the name of the ticket order.
We highly recommend to purchase before registered post delivery stops to ensure a discounted ticket price and also a smooth and faster entry into the festival.
Purchasing multiple tickets under the one name + onselling tickets
If you have purchased multiple tickets under the one name and they are physical tickets (registered post delivery) you simply transfer tickets to others how you choose.
If you have purchased multiple tickets via box office gate collection you will need to be present at the time of entry with your guests and present valid id for entry for you and your additional ticket guests. You can nominate names changes for your additional ticket purchases by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, with the following;
- 100 points of id to confirm your identity
- A letter of authorisation signed by you nominating the person(s)
that you wish have your tickets.
- The person(s) you have nominated your tickets to must then show
their full id at the gate at the event for entry.
Purchasing other people’s tickets for box office gate collection comes with danger. If the original purchaser who you bought tickets off decides to cancel their order via charge back on their credit card your tickets will be instantly voided. The golden rule is never purchase tickets from places like Ebay, Facebook or Gumtree to reduce your chances of ticket fraud.
Box office gate collection tickets after Tuesday 7 November will not be considered for ticket name transfer so if in doubt we suggest you purchase physical tickets that can be transferred to others at any time without name changes. If you missed the cut off time then the person who purchased the ticket will need to be present with ID at the gate when you enter.
Anyone with gate collection tickets who arrives at the festival box office without a correct name change or without the original ticket holder in person will be required to pay the full gate entry fee and we will review each scenario on a case by case basis from 2 weeks after the festival has finished. Please ensure you follow the correct procedure in a timely manner to avoid an awkward and time consuming situation at the gate.
Can I sell my ticket through earthcore’s Facebook page?
Once again we have received reports of dodgy people selling fake tickets on gumtree, ebay and Facebook. To stop this activity once and for all anyone attempting to sell anything on our fan page on Facebook (or any other social network for that matter) will be instantly blocked from ever posting again and deleted. We look forward to dealing with this issue with the absolute firmness it deserves. Remember folks only purchase your tickets from our online ticket provider or a certified ticket seller. Unsure?
